Houghton Consulting Hair, H-o-u-g-h-t-o-n. I’m calling about an order for some
busniness cards. I’d like to know when we can expect them?
Customer Service :

Customer service :

Customer : Yes, that’s right.
The delivered day was Monday the 26th of February but the business
card didn’t arrived.
Customer service : Yes, this new any order. I’m
afraid with this problem with quantity order. We can to deliver a card next Tuesday
morning instead at the 8th of March.
Customer : Oh no that’s too
late. We’re attending the company conference in Toronto on the 5th
of March and we need business card to take with us.
Customer service :
So when is the latest we can deliver a card?
Customer : On Friday, The second of the
March the latest.
Customer
service : Okay. I’ll speak to
the Manager and see if we can change the delivery day as
