Facebook users who want a taste of virtual reality without shelling out for equipment are in for a treat, thanks to a new feature launched by the firm. The social media site's Spaces app now lets Oculus owners live stream, letting them open a window into their digital world. Spaces users can position a virtual camera and send a two-dimensional live video of themselves to their friends and families. Facebook Live's new feature, aimed at users of the company's Oculus Rift, allows your friends on the site to comment on your broadcast and ask you questions. And you can even see their reactions in the VR world. Users will see a stream of comments, which they and anyone else in the same Spaces session can interact with as physical objects. Facebook first revealed its VR app back in April, when the current beta testing version was released.
